Sterling Realties Development Company (SRDC), incorporated in December 2003; is a real estate development firm wholly owned by MBO Capital Management Ltd. We deliver a range of real estate solutions, including the development and sale of landed properties, as well as refurbishment and construction services.

The project started in 2017 with the dredging of sand from the Atlantic to build up the level of the plot to allow for proper drainage. In 2019, the infrastructure construction began, with drainage, electrical, water, sewage and other connections running underground. By 2023, the building construction started after 90% of the infrastructure had been completed.
This 50-hectare site has been subdivided into 330 plots, which consist of semi-detached plots, detached villa plots and apartment plots. There is also a recreational centre with a swimming pool, sports complex and boutique shops. All residents of the estate have access to the beach via three walkway entrances. The beachfront has been lined by shoreline protection, consisting of breakwaters, groynes and revetments.
The plots are fully sold out, with almost 30% of the plots already built up.
