Tambari Adooh is the Head of Legal and Compliance in MBO Capital’s Legal and Compliance Department. She has over 10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, Chartered Secretary, and compliance professional in capital markets, infrastructure finance, risk management, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining MBO Capital Management Limited, Tambari served as the Group Company Secretary, Legal Adviser, and Head of Compliance at Emerging Africa Capital Limited, where she played a pivotal role in regulatory compliance, ESG policy design, Mutual fund structuring, and legal advisory across the group. Her extensive background includes managing board secretariat functions, negotiating legal documents, developing group-wide compliance frameworks, and maintaining key regulatory relationships.
She holds an LL.B. from Rivers State University and a Bachelor of Law (B.L) from the Nigerian Law School.
