Prior to joining MBO Capital Management Limited, Jesutooni worked as an Associate at Detail Commercial Solicitors and Banwo & Ighodalo, with a focus on general corporate advisory, tech advisory, regulatory compliance, corporate finance, project finance, and capital market transactions.
Jesutooni holds an LL.B. in Common Law from the University of Ilorin and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
