Folajimi is an Assistant Vice President in MBO Capital’s investment division. He has over 13 years of legal and investment banking experience.
Prior to joining MBO Capital Management Limited, Folajimi worked in the Investment Banking division of FBNQuest Merchant Bank where he provided financial and structuring advice to clients in sectors such as Power, Oil & gas and infrastructure seeking to raise project and corporate finance from banks, development financial institutions and other multilateral investment guarantee agencies.
He also worked as an associate in the corporate commercial department of Aluko & Oyebode.
Folajimi holds a Law degree from the University of Reading, an LL.M in International Banking and Finance from University College London and a Masters in International Business and Global Affairs from the International University of Monaco.
