Prior to joining MBO Capital Management Limited, Dolapo worked in the Human Resources department of Management Sciences for Health Ltd/Gte where she provided talent development and management services.
Dolapo holds a law degree from Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti and an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
