Damilola is the Head of Human Resources at MBO Capital. She has over seven years of experience managing the HR function in financial services.
Prior to joining MBO Capital Management Limited, Damilola worked at Mainstreet Capital as the Head of Human Resources where she planned, led, and directed the HR functions within the business. While at Mainstreet Capital, she served as a link between Mainstreet Capital’s management and its employees in achieving business goals.
She also worked as an HR Analyst at CardinalStone Partners Ltd, a leading Investment Bank in Nigeria.
Damilola holds a B.Sc in Psychology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPMN), and is a student member of the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
