A Governance, Risk and Control professional with over 7 years of experience in consulting, Ademola is the Head, Risk Management and Control at MBO Capital where he is responsible for the design and implementation of an overall business risk management and controls for the Company.
Prior to joining MBO Capital Management Limited, Ademola worked at KPMG Nigeria as a senior associate in the Internal Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance practice where he provided Internal Control, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Process Optimisation and Corporate Governance advisory services drawn across different sectors of the Nigerian economy.
Ademola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Affiliate membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
